Miss fatima!!. Great story - do you have a picture of her batgirl? Know there is at least one about somewhere, but can't recall where!!! May be on britbase.

I know there are several online, eg  Here or Here.

I don't have access to the BMC for those years but there may be photos there.

Eric Schiller claims to have been her coach, any truth to this?

It seems not, at least in the sense of a personal coach.

Here, in 2006 Schiller wrote: "Jennie doesn't play much anymore, but she was one of the top young stars from the West Coast and was featured in my book 'Whiz Kids Teach Chess'. She played at the World Youth Championships when I was coaching the team."

Which I interpret as being his association with JF was limited to that one event.

ok I understand.  If you look at the game where she beats Eric up in the comment section he states that he was her trainer.  Perhaps it was simply for a single event and as part of a team as you say.

My old friend Ritson knew mir Sultan Khan well, and featured in a tv documentary on him many years ago. Wish i could turn the clock back and ask him stuff!!

Must dash, before i give my age away!! Take care,

Simaginfan.
