Who is the lowest rated chess.com player on the world??

in chess it only says your rating is 100 but if you lose at 100 the next round if you win you gain 0 elo cuz you aren't 100 and if you lose 5 rounds as a 100 then you have to win 6 rounds so to get above 100 elo so Ill look at some low ELO accounts and see who has the lowest rating by seeing how many games they lost as a 100

You should look up what "stalemate" means. That's the best thing you can do for your rating. In general, it's very useful to know the most basic rules of the game.
