If you’re playing chess travelling & change timezones should you add/subtract 1 hour to both clocks?

Ok, so if ur traveling at the speed of light & ur opponent isn't is it an unfair time advantage? The theory is that time moves slower as speed increases. I think.

I thought time was constant but it takes more time to reach us, that whole doppler effect thingy where a light is red far away but blue closer.

But if I’m overseas, I can’t do my problems in the morning anymore. It says I’ve reached the daily limit.

This has absolutely nothing to do with this topic. The topic was opened by a guy who had no idea what a chess clock is. Your problem can be solved by waiting for the next morning.
