Hikaru has only really influenced speed chess and attacking chess to a small extent. I feel like many people are like "I want to attack like Hikaru" but he's not as influential as Morphy for instance

I think you might be referring to the first Tigran Petrosian (created many lines, like the Petrosian variation of the Kings Indian Defence)
