Who was the GM/IM?

Hi everyone,

I once saw a game on chessgames.com but I can't remember who the GM/IM was. Does anyone know the GM/IM, or the match I'm referring to? I will write what details I remember.

1. He moved his king step by step from the bottom right corner of the board (on his side) over to the opponent's half of the board
2. He ended up winning
3. His king was part of how he checkmated his opponent
4. When he started to move his king up, the board was quite full of pieces. This was not an end game situation where the board was wide open; the board was actually quite locked
5. I believe the GM/IM was white (his last name sounded western)

It was a very interesting match but I haven't been able to find it again. Thanks for any help.
