i can't play next match, and the system caution said:

You must wait 5 minutes between games. Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy which discourages stalling, abandoning games or intentional aborting. This restriction will be lifted automatically after you play more games fairly.

i always play very fair, but tell me why

The more games you play on rematches and direct challenges within the fair play guidelines the lower the restriction gets so you'll be able to play tournaments.
