I would say on a 8x8 it maybe has a value of 24 points if it could jump over pieces. If it couldn't jump over pieces then probably 18 points.

Fire queen : can shoot pawns, after the fire queen shoot 1 pawn, the pawn be a normal pawn,(total pawn : 4, 2 horizontal and 2 vertical). So that means after the queen shoots all her pawns she will be a normal queen. Plus the queen only shoot if the result is capture. Worth 16 points
Also I thought princess was moves like a king, once it captures it turns into a queen
