for example: if the king in on h1 and you can make a check from h2 or from h8..its beter to make it from h2
between h3 and h8 they can put a piece bewteen to block the chess
you give more chances for opponent to block your action
if you make a chess from 6 boxes away then the opponent has oportunity to block the chess in 6 spots... if you make chess from 1 box the blocking of the chess is imposible
