It's too easy to give checks when you can just drop pieces. Massive white advantage. I reckon you'd need to increase the check requirement to at least 12, before it's even worth further consideration.

Chess.com has introduced many Variants.
While most of them are new like Blindfold, Automate, Chaturanga, Fog of War etc. there were a few variants even before like 3-Check, Crazyhouse and King of the Hill. I had an idea we could play Crazyhouse and 3-Check in a single game. The objective of it would be to check your opponent 3 times or checkmate them (3-Check) using the help of your opponent's captured pieces (Crazyhouse). It would be a fun and new variant. Do you want chess.com to introduce it? I have called it Crazycheck. Do comment and tell.
