Everybody can mod, but it takes a bit time to get familiar with the tools. The Musketeer tool works on a smartphone. It's worth the effort if you invent a good piece by yourself but you want to play games with it.

If you have a picture of the diagram on your device, the chess.com forum has an icon to post a picture in your thread. Get your mouse over it and it says "Insert image"
I can't find the file on there.
