i invented a variant
so basically it's a simple chess game but at a random time in the game all the pieces except for the queen and the king for both blacks and whites will randomly switch places with another piece
it cannot lead to a checkmate or to a check tho
could you guys tell me what is to improve please

You need to be specific. How often does this happen? Can black and whites pieces switch?
It happens one time in the entire game and no black pieces cannot switch places with white pieces and vice versa
It can also not happen if the game is too short
Yeah but then who decides when it happens?
