Bug Report: “Legend” Tournament Win (1715 Points) Not Recorded

Hi,
I would like to report an issue with the Legend tournament. I finished 1st place with 1715 points, and I have a screenshot showing the final standings. However, the victory is not recorded on my profile.

Here is what I have already done:

I submitted the bug through the support bot with the screenshot
I also sent a bug report via email
It has been more than a day, but I haven’t received any reply and the issue is still unresolved
Could someone from the Chess.com team please check the tournament logs and update my result?
I only need the correct registration of the win — everything else was fine.

Nothing shows on the profile for finishing first. You got the Legend achievement on November 30th and that is the only thing that happens. There's no bug.

What you write is not true, the player who came in second has a medal on his profile that he came in second. Then the support bot wrote to me that it is a bug that generated this problem, and this problem can also damage those who play more important tournaments, and therefore this is what the developers of chess.com need to improve the site.

If a player isn't in a current division, their profile will show their last division information. There's no medals or anything else shown

see on my profile the medal of the first place of the legend group is not there

You will not get a medal there for placing in a Legend division. You only get the achievement, which you have
