Why is there only FRC for the app. The app should have more. I used to use the mobile website and that even had variants. I don’t understand. Please chess.com I want to play bughouse and 4 player on the app.

Most of the variants aren't a good fit for mobile screen sizes, though some work acceptably via mobile browsers. Also, most of the variants are hosted in a completely different way from the live versions as well
