Ah, that was fast . Let's see what can be done
59... Bxd5
Now the one who repeats the position on the board will lose.
This is the reason for my King's appearance
Oh my, again I had the rules in
https://www.chessvariants.com/page/MSbattle-of-kings-
in mind where the stalemate win is mentioned, and forgotten about the new repetition rule... Black would have also easy play with this rule, simply play hiself with the King, i.e. 59.. Ke7 instead of 59... Bxd5, and White would be forced per Zugzwang to make non-king moves.
But no long discussion, sh*t happens, will try to make the best now, with the repetition rule in mind
Edit: Not to take it wrong, the rule repetition = loss is a good invention and prevents the game to become drawish. That I did not consider it, is not to blame the rule, and of course not my friend Pokshtya who invented it, but my own forgetfulness. I felt like a schoolboy who played his first chess games and forgot about castling.
Fact is, that of the 2-person-chessvariants with complete information, Battle of the Kings is the one that I enjoyed most of all. Thank you, Pokshtya, for this great invention!
I have fewer and fewer useful moves left. But for now, my king is safely hidden from black's deadly threats
My friend, don't forget yourself the repetition rule. Now the non-king moves are rare and precious, don't waste them. Best strategy is, to make King moves until an attack from opponent forces a non-king move

so now kings become needed to moved, and most valuable
who knew?(too early, get checkmated; too late, get stalemated)
how many positions would this have?
