I would say white is winning, actually. They have an open back rank and two bishops which they can use to generate new rooks to send to war. That, and they have 2 pawns. They have more inherent value genration while black has more value on board.

not everything is as simple as it might seem. For example, if Black starts destroying my static queens, the situation can change dramatically.
