bughouse. Why do so many people resign the game from the beginning?

It is really annoiying: I want to play some rounds of bughouse. I don't mind playing with people with much lower rating. But the thing which really annoys me is the huge amount of resigned games, before a game can really start.
Do you have any ideas why it is this way?
