Agree this is an interesting imbalance. Both in terms of lost pieces and position. White is moving pawns, Black not so much. Since you have a queen poised for attack I have to be careful about Black's movement to my flank. But my development in the middle can cause trouble too. At first I wasn't happy about my king being pushed around but a king can support advanced pawns too (depending on the endgame). I'm also happy I resolved my former problems with your bishop's line on my king. But I'm not happy about the open file on my king!
