Chess Variants Unavailable for Mobile App

I haven't found anything on this, but is there a reason only Chess 960 is the only playable variant for me on the mobile app? Is it just me, or has Chess.com not added them to the app yet?

960 is the only variant natively supported by the app. A web browser is needed for the rest.

Do you know if they will ever add more variants to the mobile app? I want to be able to play duck chess and fog of war whenever I'm not home. 
You can still play wherever you are, you just have to use the mobile browser rather than the app...
Admittedly, it is a bit clunky and I too would LOVE to see the variants added onto the app (in my case, I adore the 4 player variant), but it is at least possible to play out and about, in the browser....
Surely there’s no good reason why the variants aren’t available on mobile. Shoutout to atomic chess
