Can you really catch the final queen or rook?
I feel like this would be pretty drawish because trying to force checkmate against a high value piece after trading everything down is very difficult.
Introducing Chess without Kings, where the King is replaced with another Queen, the goal is to capture all of the enemy's pieces.
