Sounds smart and seems like a good way to keep order with other people and the game.

It lack some rules like:
1) each piece can only respawn to it's initial position
2) A piece cant respawn until it's initial square is free
3) Drop must be made inmediately after a piece is taken and dropping doesn't take any turn
this prevents so many unpredictable mates.
