First-ever physical wood chess set for bulldog!

After starting and stopping many times, I finally finished putting together a wooden chess set for bulldog games. It includes a witch and guard of both colors. Since it has two extra pawns, two don't exactly match the others because they came from a different set. I found an antique 10x10 checkerboard, and covered two ranks to make it a 10x8 board. (the wood strips just rest in place, so as not to permanently damage the original board).

The witch and guard are assembled by cutting and modifying other normal chess pieces, and adding features (the broom for witch, and spikes for guard).
