I started to play Chess960 daily.
At first I was focusing on trying to find the undefended pawn at the start of the game but I stopped for two reasons:
1 They are in fact easy to defend at the start to the game, just move your "undefended" pawn forward et voila, it is defended.
2 Mounting an attack on those "undefended" pawn usually involved several move at the start that will impact your global position.
Now I focus on piece development and rather than looking at my opponent undefended pawn, I am looking for the piece that will be difficult to develop.
On this game (still playing it so no comment on future possible move please) I focus on piece development and my opponent try to catch one undefended pawn.

The knight in A8 is very weak, there is only one square where it can moves and if I move B6 it is entirely trap.
The first move my opponent did E3, not E4 because he plan to attack B7 with the bishop
I move KE6 liberating it
BF3 attacking the weak pawn (two moves spent on this already.
D5 taking the center, protected by my former weak knight and protecting the B7 pawn
Knight C3 attacking my centra pawn
E6 protecting D5 and activating my Queen
E4 tacking/attacking the center
QB4 forcing B3 and now the A1 knight is trapped :-)
