its 2025 now and no one is playing :c i cant even play with the chess bot

the problem is that nobody plays it so you can't even play a game unless it's a local match
I usually only have to wait 5-10 minutes to get a game! I leave it open a lot. Several dozen games are played each day!
There are strong players like Susan Polgar playing Gothic. Also this is chess author Rick Knowlton doing the video. Don't really see this for other variants. There's a reason for that. Grandmasters love Gothic.
