is there a good opening in fog of war chess?

Fog of war is kind of annoying so I want to beat everyone and move on, is there some openings I can use so I do not blunder?

I am 1700 in fog'o war, and I usually do e4 then move my kingside knightforward and fianchetto my queenside bishop, but i've never actually though about this.
