This should be placed like bricks, so you can place a king of the hill win position anywhere on the board, this would be very helpful instead of having to build around the pre determined king of the hill spot, and while your at it just remove king of the hill and racing kings settings because this placeable block would render those settings useless. Just make it placeable anywhere, why do we need a dumb setting to limit where we can put the win spot?.
