One-move chess. Every piece can only move once. the stalemate rule still applies, meaning a game can't last longer than 16 moves.

It's a 1 minute game.

When you capture a piece, throw it at your opponent.

When you check, throw your opponent's king at them.

When you promote, throw your new queen, or other piece, at your opponent.

When you checkmate, throw ALL the pieces and the board at your opponent.

And yes, it's as chaotic as it sounds.

Sickness Chess: Every piece except knight is “sick” so you can’t move it. First one to capture the king and queen wins (advantage for white)

Fire chess: Your king is on fire and sets the pieces around it on fire every 3 moves. Pieces on fire spread it to other pieces. Last player to lose all pieces to the fire wins.

When a piece moves, it instantly gets captured

Hydrogen Chess XD. This Chess Variant is like Atomic Chess but the explosive grid is 5x5 and not 3x3. Pawns too get exploded!

World War Chess (Atomic Chess Variant), but the captured piece and the surrounding pieces explode

Another suggestion is Shark Chess and the Red Shark Variant of Shark Chess (2 different variations of Atomic Chess), it has the same concept as World War Chess, and it is also called Naval Chess War
