My vote chess team made one move, our opponents didn't make any. Are we supposed to get points ?

Normally in a vote chess game when a team wins they get five points and when they draw two points. My team had a game in which we  made our first move as white to start the game but black didn't show up to move. Officially it seems we were credited with the win but received no points. I know points are awarded in timeout wins in vote chess but apparently we will not be. Is there a minimum number of moves the opposing team has to make to get the five points ?
