please help first time playing 960. Tips/advice please

well 960 is kinda confusing, but all it is is a different starting position so I just would say play normal chess with a different starting position

Before you make your first move, always look at what your opponents BISHOPS are pointing at. If opp moves a pawn out of the way of a bishop on the first move opp can often steal a pawn and then a rook!

And you may be able to do the sameto opp! This is the best opening advice I can give you.  ALWAYS LOOK AT WHAT ALL 4 BISHOPS ARE POINTING AT BEFORE FIRST MOVE I 960!
