Seeking Immortal / Great Games in Chess Variants

Anyone know of examples of recorded "immortal" or great games of chess played in variant formats? I welcome any variant. What I'm looking for could be:

Brilliancies or master-like play utilizing variant pieces/rules
Recorded games that showcase the central features of a particular variant in especially illuminating or exciting ways
Recorded games where new techniques arise that were not written directly into the variant rules, similar to a windmill, poisoned pawn, staircase, etc.

...something like that. The search terms available to this subject have given me no results when searching google or the chess.com forums.
