Can I report people for deliberately wasting time and stuff like that

This is the most common problem all of us face. The computer after allowing a grace wait time of maximum ten minutes, should automatically abort the game and provide winning score . Have faced this problem quite a number times. Once i had to just watch the opponent's clock ticking for 17 minutes. The opponent has left the chess board, and at the end of 17 minutes the computer declared i am the winner. This is too disgusting. A maximum time of 10 minutes per move to be allotted by the software, at the end of 10 minutes, game to be aborted and the credits to be passed on. No situation in the chess board, has a complexity to be solved beyond 10 mins. I request the management to have a serious look into this matter immediately.

It's not about patience. Your internet may disconnect (or your phone battery may die) at which point the opponent will be declared a winner despite an abysmal position.
