Setup Chess -- Countering Mass Bishops?

If you've played setup chess on this site much, you've probably come across people who put 10 or more bishops on their side. Has anyone found a way to beat this? I can often draw against it by putting down bishops of one color to match theirs, and try to trade down until they only have bishops of one color. Unfortunately, that tends to just lead to draws. Any experienced setup chess players know what to do?
