This is the first time 'magic' has ever come on the chessboard! So, let me introduce to you the Shapeshifter!
The rules are simple-All pieces are the same, except the queen which is the shapeshifter.

The shapeshifter cannot move if not transformed
The Fairy pieces can also transform back into a shapeshifter but NEVER another fairy piece
If a player shapeshifts 3 times in a row, then he is disqualified
