It must be set to 1200 ELO or something.
Look at this game: https://www.chess.com/automate/1455195
On move 86, black is up one pawn in a drawn endgame.
Then white moves 86. Bf3?? triggering a bishop trade.
Even at the VERY LOWEST setting Chess.com has (depth=14), Stockfish knows this is a bad mistake: -0.50 to -3.30. It lost over 200 centipawns!!!! https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/pgn/4jThTfys2v
Naturally, Black then coverts the extra pawn to a win.
How bad do you have to nerf the computer to get ridiculous play like this????
I was actually black in this game, so I appreciated that white's computer flubbed so bad.
But it hard for me to take this seriously when there are such obvious, absurd mistakes mistake. Automate is would be a cool variant, but not when the computer's ELO is nerfed.
