It is an inside-humor concept that only all avid bullet-players can understand... well... all... Hikaru aside, that is! 
This is possibly my greatest "unintentional mate" ever!
I was suspecting Ba5 to cut off my rook towards black king, however Ba5 was not to be!!! Hehehe... 
Usually this things happen to me under serious time-pressure, however here I was not under time pressure, yet I could not figure out mate in 1! I just went there Qxc8 to take the bish with a +. To my horror the game ended, and I was thinking: "What is going on?! Did black mated me or what? 
"
... And after some time it dawned on me... Wuhahaaaa 
This time it was under time-pressure once more... never have had 2 unintentional mates in one day.
* Wow amazing... it is good that I did not see the fork on the rook, otherwise this wonderful mate had not happened!
Had plenty of time on the clock however I am blind to "mate in 1" moves...
90% of my online games are unintentional mates, as long as my opponent doesn't resign. I don't think, I make moves and see what happens.
