I wasn't sure if you still wanted a practice game. If so the game between you and Ry is (here). It's non-rated, but could be interesting to see how long a beginner can survive against Ry. I haven't seen Penguin yet, so your tournament game against him can start later.

I will not have much time this month, (enjoy june holidays xD) but I can start at anytime you prefer!
I'll help by moding 2 or 3 games, but I'm going to stagger the starts to help make things manageable. This is my plan:
6/1: Pawnstorm and Ry started a warm-up game (non-rated).
6/5: I start my game with Martin0.
6/11: I'll start greypenguin vs. PawnstormPossie.
6/17. I'll start Ry vs. McGoohan.
(I'm also currently playing gyrados in infinite chess).
I hope this isn't later than anyone wants, but I believe most people are already in at least one game, and penguin said he's busy this month. Let me know if any concerns.

Ry, do you want to play two Round-1 games? If we get a player for Game-8 and no opponent, then you can play in Game #8 also. Of course new players have priority before anyone is in two slots.

Also, if you change your mind, you can join the tournament later (as late as June 25). After that open slots are closed (and players without an opponent they will advance).

It's ok, I answered my own question by reading the thread.
I'm ready to play Felnix whenever he's ready I'm happy to mod our game, though I seem to be having difficulty downloading Martin's program so I'll use musketeer until I figure out what I'm doing wrong.
