I know, I sent that suggestion to Chess.com through an e-mail at the beginning of November and they haven't replied since.

I like bug house mostly because in my class in chess(i think others to) you dont have to checkmate theperson just kill the king.
In your Random House do all four boards start with the same position?
In the 70's there was a variation called pre-chess where only the pawns were set on their original positions. Each player used his first eight moves to place the pieces on the back rank in any position he chose. It made for some interesting games.
I have also seen a game called crazyhouse which is like bughouse but not two boards. When you captured an opponents piece it switched color and you could save it or place it on the board on your move.
BRING ON THE BUGHOUSE!
Does anyone know if a Windows Phone app is coming soon for C.C? I messaged kohai but she said that all she knew was that it was in development.
We use two set-ups for Random House but you can try it way you want. Bughouse is great for kids for in addition to all the usual thinking skills you add coperation, teamwork, comunication skills and time management.''I need a pawn." -NO SIT,SIT!!! And for adults you always have an excuse ( " I TOLD you to sit" ) when you lose.
Bug house would be great on chess.com. Also, if you can give an option for Fischer-random bughouse it would be EVEN better!
I have created the blog including the BugHouse Chess suggestion and and I will post this forum's link in my blog. Here is the link to my blog:

one thing about bughouse though, how would partners/ratings work? hate to get punished for having loser teamates.

Good point. 4 player chess might be better in that regard. One idea might be this:
Player A plays a move, which is shown to player B but not the other team. Player B accepts or rejects the move. If it is accepted, the move is played on the board. If it is rejected, Player A is free to make any move.
Another option might be having the player suggest two moves and have his teammate choose one.
no make it three, it makes more sence, because sometimes, there are three equaly good moves to choose from, and the one which is truely best may be left out
