I think you played well until you played Gb7. The way you opened the center with g5 was quite nice. After 17...Gb7 18.h4 though, I guess you saw that your knight would be trapped if you allowed me to push h5. So you had to sacrifice a piece for 2 pawns, which should pretty much always be in my favor, especially since the pawns I'm loosing is on the side your king are, so it creates some semi open files towards your king. Then I guess you must have missed something when you played 20...Rxe5. Either missing Qxe5 completely or missing that Qxe5 comes with a check. After loosing the exchange and being down a rook for 2 pawns, I think the game is basically over, even if the game did not need to end that soon. A quite nice finish though
