one move a day is fine but how strictly would it be enforced? I am very busy( except for today) so I think 3 days a move is better if it is to be strictly enforced!

Yes. This game is very sharp. I linked to a more elaborate explanation of the Dwarf - did you look at it? If you now would play Dc6 then your Bishp on f3 would not count as a piece attacking my Dwarf.
