I think this is zugzwang.

Hmm... perhaps not. I missed Ng2+ to save the knight. Trading bishop pair for rook is still appealing though. I'm gonna sleep on this, I made an oversight and I'm annoyed with myself.

Let's see how this plays out.

If not for Ng2+ it would've been zugzwang I think. The rook f7 guards the knight i7, so can't move off the 7th, the knight f5 was pinned to the threat you see here, the knight i7 pinned to the pawn i4, which is an important pawn, while the rook d5 must stay on the 5th to guard the knight f5, otherwise I can capture with the bishop and the rook f7 is overworked. You can move your rook along the 5th, but my pawns can force it back to d5, once again pinning the knight to the skewer threat. The only solution I saw was Kd6, bringing your king into the centre to guard e6, denying the bishop this tactic, but it's hardly ideal. You can push pawns, but that only serves you for so long.

I'm still annoyed I missed Ng2+, this trades bishop pair for rook, better for you. The only reason I'm not furious with myself is because I have enough pawns in the bag to mitigate, I don't think it was a losing or drawing mistake. But I cant afford another slip up.
