I prefer to let HGMuller decide, he invented the WW and is also a good Superchess player - from which the Joker originates.
Actually I had my doubt:
When my pawn took your WW, becoming a WW, then I am not sure how your Joker could move. Like a pawn because I moved my pawn? Or like a WW because the piece which I have moved last is now a WW?
The inventor of the Joker, Henk van Haeringen, claims that if white promotes a pawn to Queen, the black Joker can move like a Queen. Although I myself find it more logical that he can move like a pawn.
