Bulldog Chess with Double Time Thief (HolographWars vs AidanB1)

It's been 7 days ago since I received a PM from Martin0 where he suggested to bring this to the federation. Since then I have only seen the statement that the federation does not want to be involved in each single dispute. I don't expect any decision from them anymore.

From a few PMs I learned that the "Bulldog chess federation" (whoever that may be) has decided that aidanB1 is allowed to go on playing this game, but getting a warning that next time he really should announce his vacation to each opponent.
We are still going.

I'm sorry, but I have taken this decision after 7 days' total silence from this Federation.
I consider these to be official new addendums to the rules. They will be in effect for the Super-dog tournament, and any new games started (unless players state otherwise):
Vacation time: Each player is allowed four vacation days (added to the 3-day move limit, for a total of 7 days for a move), and this is refreshed at every 40 moves. The player must announce it before using the extra time. Vacation days cannot be banked.
Time warnings: Warnings may be called by either player, tournament directors, and game moderators. A member of the bulldog chess federation may also issue warnings for prize games (candidate and challenge games). Same rules apply to game forfeits (games called due to a time violation).
We didn't state otherwise. And I hope aidanB1 didn't vote for himself. Whatever the case is, it said that they are official new addendums. To me, it seems like this is a simple case of strict rules. Oh, and Martin0 cannot reverse this. He still has not like a week after! That simply must be irreversible. I don't know why he didn't, but it's too late at this time. I lost to auk already, and that alters things.
