1. Ng3
Oh no! I better start getting creative. You're making moves I never anticipated! But first my knight needs to escape.
3.Ne4
One more thing regarding the rules. Suppose you would now consider Ng5, it would be illegal. The g5 square must be considered occupied, only after your move the Fool will step to h5. Bh5 would be legal but it would cause your bishop to be overrun immediately after finishing your move.
HGMuller already introduced the U for the builder.
jxj2, I will update the board later this evening.
This thread is for a game between vickalan and me, with a Builder, a Fool and I also added one Guard.
Explanation of the Builder: all friendly pieces adjacent to the same friendly builder inherit each other's movement/capture capabilities (without special functions like royalty). For example a white rook and white bishop adjacent to one white builder would both temporarily move like queens. The builder can only move 1 single step orthogonally, and cannot capture himself (but can be captured).
The Fool steps 1 square othogonally. It starts on a5 and after each white's AND black's move it 'automatically' steps, while following the trajectory a5-j5 j4-a4 a5-j5 and so on.
It cannot be captured, any piece that is overrun by the Fool, is removed from the board.
A Guard is a 'normal' chess piece with the king's move but without the King's royal function.
Vickalan has white so it is his turn.
