Stockfish also thinks that the Sicilian defense is sub par for black.

Chess engines should not be used in these kinds of positions.

It's still better that human analysis without a lot of practical experience. Btw, Stockfish suggests 1...d5 as the best reply. This time it's evaluated at +0.07 (d=36).

 

 

So we have the Queen's Pawn Game here which is not astonishing.
