Your chess 960 rating will start at 1200 if you have never played a game of chess 960 before. In order to create a challenge you need to include your current rating in the boundaries. Therefore, if you create a challenge for ratings "1500-2000" it will not allow you to create the challenge because your current rating is not between 1500 and 2000. I hope that helps.

I'm tring to start a 960 game for the first time. An err meassage keeps poping up saying I need to change my rating request, yet there is no place in that window to do it. when I change my rating in 2 other places it still sends me the same mesage about my rating isn't set right. Just stuck in a big round around.
