How do i play bughouse and crazyhouse?

Check wiki. Both are chess variations Bughouse is 4 players in teams... the main thing is you can 'drop' a piece in your board that came from the capture by teammate.
But how do I play them in chess.com?
I played it at fics.org but I don't think it is here (yet?)

to Mungus14: This variant is only available in Online mode. Play -> Online... there you can select Crazyhouse or Bughose mode.
Crazyhouse is when you kill the other teams pieces, you can put them on the board as your own piece instead of moving.
Bughouse is like crazyhouse except with teams. If I kill your piece, my partner, who's playing a game of his own, can put it on his board and visa versa
