Peasants' Revolt

I feel this game favours the Peasants because the Nobles can't push them back.
Question, though, is Queening still a thing?

http://chessvariants.wikidot.com/assigning-piece-values-with-perk
shows algebraically made piece values, with Pawn as a unit. This was not created on a whim, as the maker has made previous versions and calculations. (Chancellors are Rook-Knight compounds btw)
Peasants: 8.000 (that's what I call them)
Nobles: 13.362 (ditto)
maybe the Nobles could comprise of three Knights (b8, g8, d8) for a better game?
Quite a game. You have 8 pawns against 4 knights and one pawn
