Shogi really isn't chess though. If they offer that then they should offer all of the other chess-like games. Chess.com should stay a chess site in my opinion.

I don't like the interface as well as chess.com, but it's not bad. You can usually find Shogi opponents approximately your skill level.

Although, looking at these other sites, I think that chess.com's extremely high quality platform could bring a great deal more to this game electronically. In any case, they offer Chess 960, so why not other variations. Particularly those which are more popular in parts of the world and cultures with which the average chess.com member might not be so familiar.
I think chess.com should offer Shogi (japanese chess) as an option.
