Personally, I enjoy both Levy and Simon William's (GingerGM) content. I also like James Canty, but due to time zones, keep missing his stuff. I've learned the most from these three, although to be fair, Jame's seems to have backed off educational content and his focus (stream/conent-wise is mostly about puzzles and then fast games; fun to watch, but I used to look forward to his "sub-Sundays", where subscribers would flood him with games and he would review them in real time, I learned a lot from those days). Simon mostly just posts his Titled Tuesday runs, but he is very good at explaining his thoughts (warning, he's also emotional, so he swears a lot so if that is not for you, be warned). Levy (GothamChess for those new), is very good when he does educational stuff. And he's open and honest when he talks about his own goals (i.e. becoming a GM). He knows how to explain things to beginners, and he shows games that even very advanced players could learn from. Yes, he's click-bate oriented, but so what? If you know his channel, you know the titles are meaningles (otherwise, maybe you are the people he is talking about! 
)
Gotham will probably always be my favorite but lately i’ve really come to enjoy watching Ryneeboy too, just a fun and laid back stream. Alexandra Samaganova and Ruchess27 are also some relatively underrated female streamers i enjoy watching.

I love Gotham, though, I found his choice of farewell quite odd. I don't know why he thought "Now, get outta' here" was a good idea... Oh well.
I also really love Sadistic Tooshi - he cracks me up so much!!! 😄😂🤣🤣🤣
