Yes. I don't have a Roku and there are many different models but a Google search tells me that they have an internet browser app. If there is an internet browser, then you can probably watch ChessTV programs.
I have an Android phone and I can get my phone screen mirrored on my TV. I use a Google Chromecast device to pick up the signal from my phone.
