very interesting...and thank you for the info. I was an admin a few days ago until an SA degrade me to just a member. but is okay for me. so, can i still join the beta club?
Sometimes what happens is one member of a club will convince, the admins to give them admin saying "they will make the club better" "make it grow" Sometimes however it takes a downfall and they ban a lot of members.
HOW WE CAN STOP THIS
It's a really good idea to look at their past records, do they get in fights with everyone, do they seem kind? Take all these factors into consideration
Promoting
They should earn your trust,they have to invite for the club be active don't give admin to anyone if they say"I will help" They should Make contribution to the club
Timezones
Its good to have a trusted admin in a different country as you let me provide a scenrio
You are in America and the Trusted Admin is in India,
This will be good for your club to make sure that your club is 24 hours healthy, keep in the note if this isn't available a person could specifically advertise at that time and get 4-5h of they're note posted.
How many admins Super admins should I have?
If 0-100
1 or 2
200-400
3-4
400-700
5-6
Why many you many think many are good because if you are offline others can be on and prevent spam and being mean.
